Return Policy

Our customers love our products and we stand behind them 100% and want all of our awesome customers to be happy and stand behind our brand as well. Our return policy is simple: You may return your order to us within 3 weeks (21 days) from the delivery date of your order. All items returned must be in original, unused, and perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if tags are removed, if they have have been worn, have makeup marks, or in other ways have been damaged to where we can't resell the product at full price. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and returns are not guaranteed unless these terms are met and damaged items will be returned back to the customer.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed. If all terms are met, a refund will be issued after inspection of the product and you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product that was returned and the money will be returned to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us at maventhread@gmail.com and include your name, order number, item being returned, and reason for the return. We will then send instruction for further processing of your return.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or other damage to the product incurred prior to receiving the product, we will 100% refund your money or exchange for a new unit. Please contact us directly at maventhread@gmail.com.

Other Notes

  • Failure to properly follow washing and handling instructions can ruin the products purchased.  In this scenario, the customer assumes all responsibility for damaged incurred during use, washing or other handling of Maven Thread products

Shipping

All Maven Thread orders are shipped out within 1-2 days and typically arrive within a week. Tracking info is provided once the shipment has been shipped out by our fulfillment center. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address PRIOR to placing your order. Once the order is placed we can not guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address before shipping takes place as our warehouse is fulfilling orders continuously throughout the day. Any additional shipping charges as a result of an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
