1. Can I really wear these all day? Yes. The Warmup Jogger was designed to transition with you all day long! Whether you are going to work, doing yoga, lounging at the house or sleeping, you won’t be disappointed!

2. Are these true to size? Yes. It is recommended to buy the same size that you normally buy in other brands. If worried, we recommend sizing up as it is a slimmer fitting jogger.

3. Are these joggers machine washable? Yes. You can easily throw these joggers in with your regular laundry and machine wash and dry on low. To minimize wear and pilling lay flat to dry after machine wash. No bleach. No iron. No fabric softeners.

Size Guide (if you are debating between 2 sizes, we recommend sizing up since this is a more fitted jogger pant. Sizing up will give a slightly looser/more comfy fit if you're between sizes.)
